Inclusive Excellence 1 & 2 brings together faculty and administrators from 57 schools to engage in the work of increasing their institution’s capacity for inclusion of all students in science.
With grants of $1 million over five years, each institution develops and implements an idea aimed at encouraging participation and cultivating the talent of all students in the natural sciences. Participants exchange learnings, strategies, and experiences with the community of schools in the program and create resources based on their work. They are also developing approaches for ongoing assessment and evaluation.
