This high-resolution structured illumination microscopy image shows a two-dimensional projection of the organization of actin filaments (green), myosin II (red) and focal adhesions (blue) in an isolated zebrafish epidermal keratocyte. The cell was moving toward the top of the frame at the time it was fixed.
