BWF-HHMI Partners in Scientific Management Program

HHMI and BWF formed this program to extend the reach of their courses in scientific management. Representatives from academic institutions and professional societies were invited to help plan and then attend the 2005 BWF-HHMI course. In exchange, they agreed to hold training events in scientific management suitable for their own constituencies. The partners also contributed their experiences to Training Scientists to Make the Right Moves: A Practical Guide to Developing Programs in Scientific Management and provided sample letters, checklists, and other materials to share with organizers of training events.
