Ann M. Stock, Ph.D.

Dr. Stock is also Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey–Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a resident faculty member at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine, and a member of the Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She received her undergraduate and Ph.D. degrees in biochemistry working with Daniel Koshland, Jr., at the University of California, Berkeley. She received postdoctoral training in the laboratories of Jeffry Stock and Clarence Schutt at Princeton University and in the laboratory of Gregory Petsko at the Rosenstiel Center at Brandeis University. Dr. Stock was recently elected a fellow of the American Academy of Microbiology.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT SUMMARY:
Ann Stock is interested in understanding structure/function aspects of signal transduction proteins, particularly how covalent modifications regulate protein activities.
