Ben Margolis, M.D.

Ben  Margolis

Dr. Margolis is Professor of Internal Medicine and Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan Medical School. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Manitoba. After clinical training in internal medicine and nephrology, he studied growth factor receptor signal transduction as a research fellow with Joseph Schlessinger at New York University Medical Center. Prior to accepting his position at Michigan, he was Assistant Professor of Pharmacology and a Lucille P. Markey scholar at New York University Medical Center.



RESEARCH ABSTRACT SUMMARY:

Ben Margolis studies the role of protein interaction domains and signal transduction pathways in epithelial cell polarity.
