Scientific Discipline

Cell Biology, Structural Biology

Host Institution

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Current Position

Dr. Goldberg is also a member of the Structural Biology Program at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, where he holds the Stephen and Barbara Friedman Chair in Structural Biology.

Current Research

Structural Biology of Vesicular Transport

Jonathan Goldberg’s research is focused on the underlying mechanisms of vesicular transport. His goal is to understand how protein sorting by transport vesicles propagates and maintains the organization of intracellular membrane systems.
