What Can Computer Vision Do for Neuroscience and Vice Versa?
September 14 - 17, 2008

Computer Vision CoverParticipants at this conference will consider current challenges and recent progress in computer vision and image analysis techniques that may advance neuroscience studies. We will explore such topics as deriving meaningful 3D reconstructions of cellular architecture and wiring diagrams of the brain, and how neuroscience can provide insights into the design of more powerful computer vision and image analysis algorithms, image systems, and image-mining mechanisms.
