Evaluations were not analyzed because of discontinuity of personel during the year. This has been retified and we are now anylyzing that data as it is acquired on this last cohort.
Unspent funds have acculmulated due to overestimation of the number of teachers who would participate in the program. This is due to the uncertainty of teacher placement and cut backs in resources and teachers in the area school disticts. As a result we are in the process of setting up another program to work with the students more directly. This is on going and has taken longer than anticipated to set up. We will continue to pursue this more aggressively.
