Canada and Latin America
HHMI's International Research Scholars Program provides five-year grants to support promising basic biomedical research scientists working in Canada and Latin America.

Eligibility
Only scientists working in countries specified in the program announcement are eligible to apply for grant support. The International Research Scholars Program does not award grants for clinical trials and research on health education, health-care delivery, or health services.
