Author Role & Responsibility
AUTHOR APPROVAL OF WEB VERSION REQUIRED. By agreement with Wiley, HHMI authors must notify journal of HHMI affiliation at the time of acceptance; the corresponding principal investigator will be contacted by PubMed Central and is responsible for reviewing the uploaded materials and approving them. HHMI has an arrangement with Wiley-Blackwell, for direct central payment of open access charges. It is not necessary to select the Wiley-Blackwell OnlineOpen option.
Publisher Role
Wiley will automatically deposit accepted HHMI author manuscripts and supplemental materials to PubMed Central 6 months after publication. Identification and deposit are the responsibility of the publisher.
Additional Information
Subscription required for online access. Articles in PubMed Central 6 months after online publication for HHMI and Wellcome Trust authored articles, 12 months for others.
