Intellectual Property Guide for Hosts
This guide focuses on the disposition of intellectual property developed in HHMI laboratories at its host institutions. The guide summarizes HHMI's policies and procedures with respect to disclosure and assignment of inventions, patenting of inventions, licensing of inventions, and abandonment of inventions, and should be used as a resource for handling all intellectual property arising from the work of HHMI employees.
